The inbox

Contact Folk Magazine

Write to the magazine, not to a festival. We cannot refund a ticket we never sold.

A cream letter page with walnut and denim rules

Use this page for editorial questions, corrections, and contributor notes. The form sends by FormSubmit AJAX to the Folk Magazine inbox.

This is not:

  • a festival media accreditation desk
  • a ticketing help line
  • an artist booking agency
  • a venue hire form

If you need any of those, go to the official organiser. We will not forward a ticket complaint to a box office we do not run.

What to include

A useful note has a subject, a URL if you are pointing at one of our pages, and a source if you are asking for a correction. If you are pitching, read Write for us first and put the pitch in one page, not a cloud of attachments.

What happens next

Someone reads the inbox. If the note is a correction with a source, we can edit a page. If the note is a pitch, you will get a yes, a no, or a request for a narrower idea. If the note is a demand that we republish an old interview from memory, the answer is no.

Other doors

  • FAQ for planning questions already answered.
  • Editorial for the house rules.
  • About for who we are.

The form sits under this essay. Please do not test-submit it for curiosity. If you only wanted to see whether the page exists, it does.

Sends by FormSubmit AJAX to callum.sherwood.seo@gmail.com. Do not use this box for ticket sales, artist booking or official festival media accreditation.

Direct answers first

What readers always ask

Can Folk Magazine help with tickets or media accreditation?

No. The contact form reaches an editorial inbox by FormSubmit. It cannot refund a ticket, issue a media pass, or book an artist. Those requests belong with the official festival, presenter or venue. Use the form for corrections, pitches and editorial questions only.
